NC Pre-K Application Update
Thank you for your patience as we continue processing NC Pre-K applications for the upcoming school year. At this time, we are still anticipating sending acceptance notifications during the week of July 13. However, the statewide NC Pre-K application system used to process applications, verify eligibility, and prioritize applicants based on program requirements is currently down. The North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE) has advised that the system is not expected to be restored until July 13. As a result, there is a possibility that acceptance notifications may be delayed beyond the anticipated timeline. We will provide updates as additional information becomes available. To ensure you receive the most current information regarding your child's application, please make sure you are connected to the Remind app. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this statewide system outage.
