Exceptional Children's Program

2025-2026 Indicator 8 Parent Survey Closes June 30!

Dear Parent, Family Member, or Guardian of a Granville County Public School Student,
Your participation in your child’s education is very important to us. The NC Department of Public Instruction, Office of Exceptional Children, is asking for your input through the 2025-26 Indicator 8 Parent Survey. You may access the survey using the link below.  To better serve families, the short, two-minute survey allows the respondent to select from multiple languages in which to complete the survey.
The survey is active from January 1 through June 30 annually. If you have any questions, you may email the Office of Exceptional Children (OEC): Indicator8ParentSurvey@dpi.nc.gov.
Thank you for taking the time to participate and assist us in improving education for children with disabilities in North Carolina.

Sincerely,
Dr. Carol Ann M. Hudgens, Senior Director
Office of Exceptional Children
